The organisation is committed to:

• provide all the services of MSNZ & GLO missions
• resource church leaders and develop mutually beneficial relationships
• develop a network of churches committed to missions
• provide leadership in the area of missions to churches
• broker missions on behalf of the network
• be global by necessity; Pacific rim and beyond
• enhance missionary integrity by establishing formal agreements and understandings
• represent New Zealand Brethren missions at National and International events and partner with national churches, people and agencies
