Roger & Julie, Asia, write: Next week, 11th-17th April, we have our New Hope workers' retreat for our team in the Philippines. We expect about 140 in camp. Pray that all may enjoy safe travel, inspiring ministry with refreshing times of prayer and sharing.  

 


 

 Stephen & Monique, USA, would like prayer for safety and God's leading as two Technology Center men discern the ongoing role of HCJB in Haiti regarding two radio station upgrades and a medical clinic being established, and a new avenue - partnering with Kids Alive for orphan work. 

 


 

Pray for Rhonda, (RAC day 20), who is presently caught up in the protests and demonstrations affecting the Central Asian country she is in.

 


 

Please lift up in prayer Graham & Cynthia and family, India, as Graham’s father  passed away yesterday. Pray that over the next few weeks they will have a real peace and strength as they come to terms with their loss knowing that he is rejoicing with his Lord.

 


 

Francisco & Joanna, Paraguay, would like prayer for Francisco as he teaches two classes while they wait for a teacher replacement. Please pray for a suitable replacement teacher to take on a class so Francisco can get back to his other projects while only teaching one class.

 


 

Jason & Shirley, Philippines, write: Please pray for our translation check on Genesis which will begin the end of April and go for about 10-12 days.

Pray that the new MP3 players that have the evangelistic teaching on will be used mightily by the Lord in spreading the gospel and that many would respond positively to the good news.

 


 

Don & Elva, Zambia, write; We are currently in Canada, as our youngest daughter is to be married next week.

In Zambia the Junior Boys' Camp has just finished - pray for fruit from the seed planted.

We return to Zambia May 6th and the Snr Girls' camp begins on May 21 - please pray for His strength to be able to make a quick transition back and for clear thinking in order to have everything ready in time.

 


 

Delwyn, Zambia Please pray that the Word of God that was sown in many students’ lives over the Easter weekend will have found ‘good soil’ and will begin to take root and grow, especially as school closes on Saturday for the April holidays.

 


 

Howard & Monika, Mongolia, write; Thank you all for praying! Howard is at home now being lovingly cared for by Monika, slowly recovering from major surgery about 2 months ago. Next week will see the Chemo therapy doctor for the next step! Rejoicing in the Lord!
