CBC Women’s Bible Schools in Papua New Guinea provide systematic Bible teaching and ministry training
for church ministries such as Sunday School teaching, Religious Instruction, and Women’s Ministry. They
also develop and empower young women within a subsistence farming economy by providing life skills and
vocational training.
Students grow their own food and pay fees but these are insufficient to meet the full costs of training
and staff allowances.
Staff teach in these schools at considerable sacrifice. Some experienced teachers leave because they
need to find ways of earning an income to support their families and meet their other commitments.
You may partner this ministry by:
· Entering into partnership with a Women’s Bible School, praying and financially supporting it.
· Contributing to staff salaries. NZ$3600 pa (3 Team Support units of NZ$100 a month) would support a fulltime Bible Teacher
at an adequate rural rate. |
